Waterproof Tanking system are now essential for wetroom and particularly for upstairs bathrooms wet areas. Insurers are no longer accepting water damaged claims where shower enclosure, bath and wetroom leak, where no tanking has been used. A tanking kit is essential if you want to avoid any water damage to your substructure or beyond a little investment in the preparation may save you a lot of cost should you find you have a leaking wet area.
