Terms and Conditions of Sale and Supply
World of Tiles gives no warranty on shading in products or other defects and all goods are sold subject only to the manufacturer’s guarantee and conditions.
Customers are requested to check quantities of goods supplied at the time of purchase or delivery as queries will not be entertained at a later date.
Claims for damaged or incorrect materials will not be accepted unless made at the time of purchase or delivery. Should you wish to claim for damaged items on delivery, you will need to supply photographic proof of the damage as well as photographic proof that the items were delivered broken on the pallette.
Shade variation is an inherent factor in the manufacture of all our products. It is your responsibility to ensure all measurements and quantities ordered are correct. World of Tiles cannot guarantee to be able to match shades supplied in previous orders.
Customers must ensure that they have an acceptable blend of colour BEFORE fixing any material as no claim can be entertained once material has been affixed.
Please note that World of Tiles does not install, nor do we have any tradespeople employed. Whilst we try our best to recommend quality tradespeople we cannot be responsible for their actions as they are self-employed.
Where collection options have been chosen: all items will be deemed to be collected 30 days after purchase.
