New York Oak is from the World Of Tiles 12V range of laminates and has the distinct benefit of a thicker core board, allowing for greater sound absorption. The 12mm core board creates a natural sound-deadening effect, creating a more solid feel to the board and improves the acoustics within a room. This also makes it more forgiving of a slightly unlevel subfloor. 

The distinctive V-groove bevel edge on all sides of each board and the realistic texture and grain creates the effect of a solid hardwood floor while adding a sense of spaciousness and a premium finish.
